Unlike retail versions, pro stock racquets may come with custom or altered paint jobs, and are typically tailored to a player's specifications.
Are your rackets new or used?
Our collection includes both new and used pro stock rackets. Each product listing clearly indicates its condition. We ensure all racquets are thoroughly inspected and described accurately, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Do pro stock racquets come with the same paint job as retail models?
Not always. Some pro stock racquets are painted to match retail models, while others may have unique or experimental paint jobs. The paint job does not affect the racquet's performance but can be a distinguishing feature.
Can I request specific customizations?
While we offer racquets as they come from the pros, we understand the desire for personalization. If you're looking for specific customizations, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs or guide you to a suitable option.
How do I know if a racquet will suit my playing style?
Each product page provides detailed specifications, including weight, balance, string pattern, and grip size. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us with information about your playing style and what you are looking for in your racket, and we'll be happy to recommend a racket that we believe could be a good fit for your game.

How do I place an order?
Browse our exclusive pro stock racket collection, choose your model and specs, hit Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email right after. If not, check your spam or contact us.
Do I need an account to order?
Nope. Guest checkout is available. But if you create an account, you can save your details, track orders, and enjoy faster checkout next time.
Will the racquet be exactly like the retail version?
Not always. Many pro stock racquets feature a glossy paint finish, custom specs, or non-retail molds. Some are nearly identical, others are uniquely built for pro use.
Can I save my cart for later?
Yes, if you're logged in. But stock moves quickly and remember that the items are unique — we recommend checking out to secure your gear.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide shipping is available 🌍 (except Russia). Delivery times and prices vary by location and method.

When will my order ship?
We usually process and ship orders within 3 business days (Mon–Fri), but could be more depending on seasonal activities. You’ll receive a tracking email once it’s on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders above €500.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us immediately at info@holytennis.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it.
My package is late — what now?
Start by checking your tracking link. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to fix it or send a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my racquet?
Generally, no. Our frames are rare, specialized, and often one-of-a-kind, Please make sure to carefully review your order before placing it.
That said, we’re all human, mistakes can happen. If you have any concerns or something isn’t right, feel free to reach out to us, we’re always here to help and find a solution together.
What if I made a mistake in my order?
We don’t issue cash refunds for customer errors, but we may offer store credit, depending on the case.
What if Holy Tennis sent the wrong item?
We’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund once the item is returned in its original condition. Mistakes happen — we’ll make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds or store credits (when approved) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
Where do refunds go?
They’re sent back to your original payment method. Orders placed with a gift card are refunded as store credit.

Do you offer gift cards?
