1. Introduction
At Holy Tennis, we specialize exclusively in pro stock and customized tennis racquets. Each racquet is unique, tailored, or built to specific performance standards, often with custom specifications that differ from commercial retail models. Due to this exclusive nature, our return and refund policy differs from standard retailers. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Given that all racquets sold through Holy Tennis are either customized or classified as pro stock, returns are accepted only in exceptional cases, such as manufacturer defects or damage incurred during shipment. Racquets that have been used, strung, customized further, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return. Returned items must be in the exact condition received and include all original packaging and materials.

3. Timeframe for Returns
If your item qualifies for a return under these terms, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After receiving return authorization from our team, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email info@holytennis.com or submit a request through our contact form. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (in the case of damage or defects). Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. If the item is approved for refund, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item sent).

6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability and the nature of the item. If you wish to exchange an eligible product for a different model, please reach out to us for assistance. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue along with your order number. We will assess the situation and, if confirmed, offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- All pro stock racquets
- Customized racquets or gear
- Racquets that have been strung upon customer request
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers

9. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a service that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

10. International Returns
International customers are also subject to the above return policies. Please be aware that return shipping from outside the EU may incur additional customs charges, which are the responsibility of the sender. Mark returned packages clearly as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs will apply. If you choose not to proceed with reshipment, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost.
