Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We strive to keep you informed via order confirmation and dispatch emails.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, PostNord, and other trusted logistics partners. The specific courier and shipping method will be selected based on your destination, package size, and chosen delivery speed. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on your location, the weight and size of the item(s), and the shipping method selected. The applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or newsletter.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated timeframes are as follows:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–12 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
6. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Holy Tennis is not responsible for any such additional costs or delays caused by customs procedures.
7. Delivery Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. We recommend monitoring your shipment regularly to stay updated on its status. 8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a delivery point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If you prefer to cancel the order instead of reshipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation. If your item arrives with visible damage, please take photos of the packaging and item before contacting us.
10. Pre-orders and Backordered Items
Some of our products, including rare or customized racquets, may be offered as pre-orders or temporarily backordered items. Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page or via follow-up email. Please be aware that all items in your order will ship together once everything is in stock, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Packaging
We take great care in packaging all items securely to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Racquets and gear are shipped in sturdy boxes or protective packaging designed to minimize risk during transit. If you have specific packaging instructions, please include them in your order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
12. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@holytennis.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes, and any rerouting costs will be your responsibility.
13. Restricted Destinations
While we strive to ship worldwide, there may be restrictions on certain countries or regions due to courier limitations, customs regulations, or other factors. If we are unable to deliver to your destination, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
